Business Development Manager Defence (m/w/d) - Military Equipment - Remote (GER)

Your areas of responsibility:
- Independent implementation and management of all HR processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle
- Co-design, implementation, and optimization of HR processesn
- Creation and analysis of HR reports as well as support in HR budgeting
- Monitoring of HR metrics (absences, vacation days, etc.)
- Consultation and support in labor law issues
- Management of the performance management process
- Active participation in recruiting: From the creation of job postings to filling open positions
- Expansion of active sourcing and recruiting channels as well as management of existing partnerships
- Maintenance and updating of intranet content as well as participation in internal and external audits
Your Profile:

- Commercial or higher education at Matura level as well as a completed training in HR Management
- At least 5 years of experience in the HR field, particularly in the operational implementation of HR processes and in
Austrian labor law
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP HR/R3 knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with data and processes
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and a discreet personality with team spirit
