Program Manager (m/f/d) - Electronics and Microelectronics - Styria (AT)

Our client is an internationally leading high-tech industrial company in the field of electronics and microelectronics and is among the innovation leaders in a rapidly growing future market. The company stands for technological excellence, global production networks, and demanding transformation programs with high strategic relevance.

To strengthen the Business & Operational Excellence area, we are looking for an analytically strong and implementation-oriented individual as Program Manager (m/f/d) who actively shapes company-wide transformation initiatives and acts as an interface between strategy and operational implementation.

Your tasks:


  • Management and coordination of strategic transformation and optimization programs across locations, functions, and business units
  • Establishment and further development of PMO structures, governance processes, and KPI-based control mechanisms
  • Translation of strategic objectives into concrete workstreams, roadmaps, and actionable measures
  • Monitoring and validation of improvement measures, savings potentials, and achievement of goals
  • Preparation and moderation of workshops, review formats, and decision documents for senior management and executive stakeholders
  • Challenges and sparring with departments and plant managers regarding performance, cost competitiveness, and implementation speed
  • Further development of transformation tools, methods, and best practices in program management
  • Promotion of a performance and improvement culture through cross-site collaboration and structured knowledge transfer
Your profile:

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, technology, business administration, or comparable
  • Several years of experience in program management, transformation, operational excellence, or strategic projects, ideally in industry, high tech, or consulting
  • Experience in complex change programs and in managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a pragmatic implementation orientation
  • Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders and confident presence in management and steering formats
  • Consulting mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and high result orientation
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Very good English skills, German is an advantage

For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, a market-compliant salary with significant overpayment is offered.
