Our client is an established Austrian media company with a strong market position in print and digital. As part of an internationally active media group, the company offers a wide portfolio of advertising and communication solutions and supports clients in the targeted implementation of cross-media campaigns.
The focus is on the professional marketing of media products as well as the continuous development of innovative advertising formats. To strengthen the team, a creative and structured personality is sought in Sales Support / Concept area.
Your tasks:
- Creation of customized client concepts including research, storytelling, and graphic preparation
- Support of the sales team in the conceptual phase of campaigns
- Development and ongoing updating of product documents, presentations, and sales documents
- Creation of layouts, mock-ups, and graphic designs for client projects
- Drafting of texts for mailings, offers, presentations, and digital channels
- Creation of sales documents as well as campaign templates (e.g., for CRM/marketing systems)
- Planning and preparation of topic plans as well as digital content (e.g., magazines, special formats)
- Conducting data analyses and creating client-specific evaluations and presentations
- Support in campaign management as well as in lead management
- Interface to internal departments as well as external partners
Your profile:
- First to several years of experience in sales, marketing, media, or agency environment
- Strong conceptual and creative skills as well as a good sense for storytelling and marketing
- Experience in creating presentations, layouts, and graphic content
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Proficient in MS Office as well as ideally CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Analytical understanding and interest in data and evaluations
- Very good German and good English skills
For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, a market-compliant salary with significant overpayment is offered.
