Diese Schlüsselrolle bietet großen Gestaltungsspielraum, direkten Einfluss auf Produktion und Unternehmensentwicklung sowie eine klare Perspektive Richtung technische Führungsverantwortung.
- Development, design, and optimization of prepreg and composite processes (layup, draping, vacuum build-up, curing cycles)
- Transitioning development approaches into stable and scalable series processes
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of defect patterns such as delamination or porosity
- Establishment and standardization of process parameters, work instructions (SOPs), and testing methods
- Systematic improvement of existing processes regarding quality, scrap, and cycle time
- Close collaboration with production, quality, and a small, agile core team
- Several years of experience in composite technology (composites / FVW / prepreg)
- Solid knowledge in layup/draping as well as curing processes (autoclave, press, vacuum)
- Experience in process development and industrialization of production processes
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented working method
- Knowledge of aramid fibers (e.g., Kevlar) or ballistic requirements is an advantage
- Discrete and professional handling of confidential topics
