Our client is an internationally leading company in the field of architectural lighting solutions. The company develops innovative, design-oriented lighting concepts and works closely with architects, lighting designers, and planning offices on demanding projects in the international environment.
To further strengthen market presence in Poland, we are looking for a Country Manager (m/w/d), who combines strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial and sales-oriented hands-on mentality.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the Polish market.
- Development and implementation of the local sales and market strategy.
- Expansion of existing customer relationships as well as active acquisition of new customers.
- Building and maintaining a strong network with architects, lighting designers, planning offices, project developers, and other relevant market participants.
- Leadership and further development of the local team.
- Close collaboration with international management in implementing strategic initiatives.
- Analysis of market, competition, and industry trends as well as identification of new business opportunities.
- Responsibility for revenue development, market positioning, and sustainable growth in Poland.
- Representation of the company to customers, partners, as well as at trade fairs and industry events.
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in architectural lighting or in a related field of the construction, architecture, or design industry.
- Experience in sales, business development, or in a management role with profit responsibility.
- Ideally an existing network of architects, lighting designers, planning offices, or other relevant decision-makers in Poland.
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and independent working style.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent Polish and English language skills.

Willingness to travel within Poland as well as internationally.
For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, a market-compliant salary with significant overpayment is offered.
