For an internationally leading industrial company with one of the largest production sites in Austria, we are looking for an experienced HR leader who will take overall responsibility for the human resources management of a site with several thousand employees. In this strategic key role, you will lead an established HR organization, be responsible for all personnel-related issues of a complex production site, and act as a sparring partner for the local management. We are looking for a personality with solid production experience, strong blue-collar competence, and proven experience in leading large organizations.
- Overall responsibility for the human resources management of one of the largest production sites in Austria
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as continuous development of an established HR organization
- Advising and sparring with the local management and leaders on all strategic and operational HR topics
- Responsibility for workforce planning, talent management, employee development, recruiting, and succession planning
- Designing and implementing transformation, organizational development, and change initiatives in an international industrial environment
- Trustful collaboration with employee representatives and ensuring a constructive social partnership
- Further development of modern HR processes, HR standards, and digitalization initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with labor law and collective agreement framework conditions
- Promoting a performance-oriented, safe, and value-driven corporate culture
- Close collaboration with international HR functions and implementation of group-wide HR strategies at the location
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable senior HR function within an international industrial or manufacturing company
- Proven experience in leading large HR organizations and complex production sites with several thousand employees
- Solid blue-collar experience and strong expertise in collaborating with employee representatives
- Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of labor law, organizational development, change management, and leadership
- Experience in transformation and digitization projects within international corporate structures
- High strategic competence combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and strong implementation skills
- Confident demeanor and high communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levels
- Very good German and English language skills
For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, a market-compliant salary with significant overpayment is offered.
